Manage the efficient human resource delivery of your specific process in accordance with policies and standards, taking ownership and identifying service delivery issues by proposing appropriate actions to resolve and enhance quality standards and process improvement.
Periodic updating of HR files. Prepare monthly reports for the finance department, including monthly FTE reports, tax reports, SSO reports, payroll reports, etc.
Responsible for updating and maintaining data in the HR and payroll system. Responsible for evaluating and preparing other required files and documents.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process that includes regular follow-up with shortlisted candidates, health insurance, etc. Responsible for human resources training. It must also be aligned with global/regional change in onboarding and implementation at Bayer Parsian. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, HR-related letters and certificates. Create and maintain accurate employee files
Ensure the discharge process is followed by conducting exit interviews and coordinating with other platform members for smooth transactions, responsible for calculating and paying the end of service and preparing all necessary forms in accordance with the labor legislation of Iran . It supports organizational changes (restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and sales) by providing solutions suited to the business from a human resources point of view.
Support divisions in identifying employee training needs and the basis for developing training programs driven by both business needs and individual development plans that aim to contribute to the achievement of company objectives. Provide comprehensive recruitment support for both subgroups and, if necessary, all companies in the country, including recruitment, interviewing, screening, onboarding and onboarding to ensure the right talent is attracted in line with predefined requirements.
Provide local insights, analysis and solutions on local situations and issues affecting the company and employees from an HR perspective. Provide professional advice and support to employees in applying HR programs and tools, such as development dialogue, project management and others, through one-on-one counseling sessions, electronic communication, workshop sessions and more.
Ensure that subgroup leaders take responsibility for the effective implementation of interventions aimed at improving business performance through people, as well as responsibility for people development and performance management. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and development in local human resources processes and practices. Propose, initiate and implement local programs and projects for this purpose in accordance with best practices and in a way that best meets business needs. Continuously communicate and share information on important HR topics with the subgroup management team and employees.

Your needs

We need a senior digital marketing expert with the following skills:

Preferably a degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification, with particular attention to human resources.
Knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written. Knowledge of local legal and working conditions.
Experience and proven track record of working in key HR functions. Ability to collaborate in Bayer’s HR business model: shared service center, business partner, experience center.
Experience in professional leadership. Team oriented leadership skills.
Communication strategy and messaging capabilities with the ability to build long-term partnerships with internal management and staff. Experience working in a multicultural and multinational environment will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of finances.
