introduction
The NAK container data center project is one of the latest projects of Abgineh Pardaz Shargh Company, commissioned by Hamrah-e Avval Company, and is the first MOD series container data center project in Iran. The construction of this data center was completed in 1402 and is now operational. This data center has been designed and built according to the needs and priorities of the employer and the quality standards of Abgine Pardaz Shargh internationally to obtain and maintain the satisfaction of the applicant company.
Question
NAK, like other organizations that need more space to intelligently integrate, organize and store their information, needs to expand its data center. The premier role as the executive arm of the first mobile phone company, with the increase in the volume of information and the expansion of data-related activities, it became necessary to develop data center infrastructure and standardize existing data centers . increasing the capacity of current data centers (more racks) and comparing new technologies commissioned a container data center from the Abgine pardaz Shargh team. This project, which is one of the most successful water treatment plants in the East, was built with EMP technology and standards.
Project implementation challenges
While moving the data center from the first-rate facility to the premises of this company, as planned, the experts of Gina Pardaz Sharq faced a major challenge that delayed the construction of the data center. Despite these challenges, experienced experts have adapted the size of the data center by moving parts and equipment, such as sandwich panels and data center cooling systems, so that it can be relocated from the new location. One of the most important challenges in the realization of this project was its installation in the factories of a high-quality company. Among the challenges related to the implementation of this project, we can mention the design and use of two UPS and two sets of batteries, EMP cables, creating a space as a NOC entrance hall, using a standard 40-foot shipping container, compliant with standards.
Abgineh's proposed solutions
Our proposal to handle this challenge was to collect the In-Row rows from the cooling system, move the cooling systems to the top of the racks like TOP Of Racks and use cooling systems equipped with anti-leak drains. Swiss-made technical equipment was also used to take up less space and have a smaller footprint. In addition, the sandwich panel was moved to the outside of the data center, and HPL sheets were used inside, which added about 10 cm to the internal space of the data center.
